This was the cake I made for Shoo on his seventh birthday. Six months earlier he had been diagnosed with Pancreatitis and wasn't suppose to live much less make it to his seventh birthday. Shoo was a very special soul who loved me more than anything and I truly believe he didn't die because he didn't want to leave me. We had a special bond like no other, we were soul mates. He is a miracle and with his strong will to live he made it three more years with me. February 14, 2002 would have been his tenth birthday. I would like to share his birthday with you so that we all could celebrate his life. Shoo had such an angel face all it took was one look at it and you fell in love with him! The photo below his birthday cake is of one of his birthday presents, which also was one of his favorite toys!
